The old cow pens were also converted into a cafe. This required the original foul drainage system to be upgraded due to it being converted from a residential property with agricultural barns to a grand hotel.

This involved assessing the original drainage network and designing a new network to pick up new outlet points from the hotel rooms and cafe. A new onsite pump station was installed with a rising main connection into the existing sewer.
